Fund co-payment

When separate accounts are sent to a health fund and a patient for the one anaesthetic service, the patient co-payment account does not show the list of items which appears on the fund's account. Rather, it shows a customised message which is set up using the text shown below.

 

The co-payment account is printed using the small print button near the middle of the Fee page. This button is used for both accounts and receipts for the co-payment.

Both a Paid and an Unpaid message are available. The Paid message appears when the co-payment is partly or fully paid, otherwise the unpaid message is shown.
Substitution codes may be inserted in the text to have the relevant patient's account data appear on the printout.
