The A-Z and Z-A icons in the top menu bar allow you to sort by any column in the displayed list. Click in the column you wish to sort by, then click either of the sort buttons. This method of sorting will not necessarily be preserved when printing a list of payments. If you wish to print the list in a particular order, set the ordering field in the Advanced selection dialog box. Preview the list and modify the sorting order until you are happy with it.
