Specify individual fees on the Items page using the My Own Fees methods.

Then click the MyOwn Fee field on the Fee page or its associated radio button to specify this as the Total Fee Charged.

The account type will be deemed MyOwn unless you have specified a particular account type on the Items page. Here the custom type Overseas has been entered.
