If you have selected one of the health fund schedules on the Items page, the total fee for this schedule is shown on the Fee page, along with the fund name, next to the label Health fund 'no-gaps' fee. Click this fee or its radio button to select it as the account fee.
This is an amount which is normally billed directly to a health fund. You can also set a separate co-payment amount to charge the patient as described in the next section.
When you select a fee for a particular health fund, the account type will be given the health fund code name. In this example the account type will be AXA_NSW.
