Each doctor's file in a multi-user installation needs to have a unique account prefix. Occasionally problems may occur where the prefix is not listed correctly in the Select a Provider window.

 

The first step to correcting this is to click the <Refresh drs list> button on the bottom right of the window.

 

If there is still a problem, check that you don't have a duplicated doctors file. Also, open the doctor's file and check his account prefix in the Options form. Check any other doctor which is listed with the same prefix, as two doctors are not allowed to have the same prefix. If problems persist, contact us for advice.
