If you see this window, you need to specify the location of the data files to attach to the program.

 

Click the Open file button to the right of the top box and navigate to the drive or network location where the Access Anaesthetics data files are located. For single users, this is usually C:\Access Anaesthetics\AAUSer.mdb. For groups, the file will have an extension of .aau, and may be located on your network server.

 

 

After selecting a user file, the folder will propagate to the Items and Site boxes. Do the same to select an items file, usually the latest which exists, e.g. AAItems2010_Nov.mdb. The site file will normally select itself (group practices only).

 

Finally, click <Attach data files>.
