You can only download updates using the Web Update function if you have a current Access Anaesthetics support subscription. If you believe your subscription is current but you are getting the 'No current subscription' message, proceed as follows.

Check the user name displayed on the Web Update page. This needs to match exactly the user name that we have on file. It is case sensitive, so that John Smith is not the same as John SMITH or John A Smith, or even John.Smith. Click on the blue 'User Name' label and change it to the one you used when you first registered Access Anaesthetics. Contact us if you're not sure what this is.

If you have changed the user name, you may need to close and reopen Access Anaesthetics before the change is recognized. If you have done this and the subscription is still not recognized, you may need to clear your internet cache. To do this, close AA and open your web browser. If using Internet Explorer, click Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history. After this completes, open AA and try the web update again.

If your subscription is still not recognized, on the Web Update screen click the <View computer ID> button. Send the details to us and we'll investigate whether there is a problem at our end.
