Sometimes the Web Update function cannot find updates that have been released. This is usually because older website data is cached on your PC. You should be able to fix this by clearing your Internet Explorer cache. To do this ..

 

1.Open Internet Explorer.
2.Click Tools > Internet Options > Delete.
3.Follow the prompts to delete your browsing history.
4.Close and reopen AA and try the Web Update again.

 

We have occasionally had clients where this has not helped, and the updates only become visible the day after released. We can only assume that the ISP must cache some data and that this is not refreshed on a real time basis. The only solution to this is to wait a day and try again.
