1.Go to this page and download the trial version. Install this onto your computer accepting the default options. If you don't have Microsoft Access on your PC, install one of the runtime files.
2.Start Access Anaesthetics and the Trial version message will appear. If you have a registered data file, go to Maintenance > Restore from backup to restore this. (Group practices see below.) The registration details will be identified automatically. If you  have not yet purchased the system, email us (or phone) the computer name and ID number which appear in the yellow boxes on the right. We'll send back a registration number for you.
3.Finally, run the Maintenance > Web Update function, to obtain any available updates.

For group practices, you need to link the program file to the data files. To do this, go to Maintenance Menu > Link to data file. Click the <Select a data file> button .. it looks like a folder on the right of the window. Navigate to the location of the data files. This may be a server address or another PC on the network. If no files are visible, check that you have selected 'AA multiuser files (*.aau)' in the drop-down box.
