Yes, accounts and any other reports in Access Anaesthetics can be emailed.

First preview the account or report.

From the toolbar, select <Email>.

The best format for emailing is PDF. This will preserve the formatting.

If you have MS Access 2003 or earlier, this option will not be available, and you can only email a document in Word (rtf) format which does not preserve all the formatting. You can upgrade to the 2007 version for no cost.
