| • | To comply with Medicare requirements from March 2022, the procedure start and stop times are automatically entered into service text for the time item for BB, DVA, PCI, IMC & OVS claims. |
| • | The regular data check will warn if both start and stop times are missing (if a time item exists) for procedures done after 1 March 2022. (If start or stop time exists, AA will use the duration to calculate the other, for service text.) Claims and printing can still be done if times are missing. |
| • | Adjusted the ERA retrieval process to ignore ERAs for CE claims transmitted with HBS Minor IDs. |
| • | The PKI Certificate expiry date is automatically saved whenever a 'session' is started. Previously the saved date may not be up-to-date. This forces the stored date to be accurate. |
| • | If the PKI expiry data has not been sent to AA support, or if the certificate expiry is different to that previously sent, an expiry date email will be sent. (Not sent if client on generic virtual server PKI.) |
| • | Built CE data migration process into a menu driven option on the Maintenance Menu. Added function to export most recent patient details where patient (firstname/surname/dob) exists more than once (in entire practice). Data is limited to Op Dates >= Jan 2020. |
