BUPA CHANGES

Each provider's preference to use the No or Known gap schedule for Bupa accounts can be set in the Options form. This may be set differently for each provider number if required.
AA will automatically select the No or Known gap preferred fee schedule.
The correct No/Known gap schedule vs state based schedule will be automatically selected depending on the operation date being before or after 1/12/2021. The Bupa fee stored in the addresses table should remain at its existing state-based setting, for backward compatibility.
The data check will alert the user if an incorrect schedule is set.

MISC

Added data check for using an HCF schedule that is not the provider's preference.
Added Option (Misc) to hide the Main Menu background image if resizing the screen causes AA to crash.

PKI

If PKI certificate date is 13/3/2022 or earlier, AA will silently check the expiry date with Medicare each week when the Eclipse menu is opened.
If it is within the next 60 days, the expiry date will be shown in red, and the label will change to 'Get renewal info'. Clicking this will take the user to a page in the FAQ.
When AA is opened on or after 1/1/2022, a once-only email will be sent to AA support with details of whether Eclipse is in use, and what the certificate expiry date is. This is to assist in the transition to CE Software and Medicare Web Services in early 2022.

MY HEALTH RECORD

Added My Health Record development updates in accordance with Australian Digital Health Agency guidelines.
MHR functions are turned on/off with a checkbox in Options > Misc, only visible to developer.
Only data at present is in local table MHRDocumentsT.
