Find an existing account

Click the Find an existing account button and enter an account number or a patient's name. If there is only one matching patient in the data file, the Account details form will open at the selected account.

 

You may enter a first name or surname or any part of either or both. If more than one matching account is found, all will be shown in a dialog box and you can simply click the one you want.

 

If you have a multiple provider version, enter a slash (/) after the name or account number to search all the provider files at once.
