The documents page of an individual patient account records details of accounts and form letters sent to a patient. A similar page is opened from the Letters and Documents button on the Main Menu. In this case, the letters and documents listed are those which are not attached to particular patient accounts. These might be documents related to your anaesthetic practice in general.


As well as recording letters and documents, you can store a reference to any external document or web page, as described in the next section. Each document is either an account (A), letter (L) or external file (X). You can optionally give each document a category to better organise them, and you can filter the list by the category, thus displaying only those documents which match the category selected.
