1.Download and install the trial version of Access Anaesthetics.
2.If Access Anaesthetics won't run, install one of the Access runtime files available from the same page.
3.Open Access Anaesthetics.
4.If you have not yet purchased the system, obtain the computer name and ID number from the Registration form. Call or email us to register the computer. Enter the practice name and registration number we provide into the registration form.
5.If you have previously purchased the system, go to Maintenance Menu > Link to data file. Navigate to the folder where your data files are located and select any one of the doctors files. Access Anaesthetics should now open to the Main Menu and the system will be registered automatically.
6.Go to the Maintenance Menu > Web update.
7.Install any updates that are available.
8.Close Access Anaesthetics.
9.Download and install Eclipse Setup 6.11.4.
10.If the PC does not have Java installed, also download and install the latest version of Java from www.java.com.
11.If more than one version of Java is installed, an environment variable may need to be set.
12.Check whether Eclipse is working by opening Access Anaesthetics, and going to the Eclipse Menu. If all the links are shown highlighted in blue text, then Eclipse is working. If not, the setup window will appear with a set of checkmarks indicating the problems encountered.
13.If there is a security warning when opening Access Anaesthetics, follow these steps to remove it.
