If Access Anaesthetics won't start, you should be able to find the solution in one of the following.

 

Problems with Microsoft Access versions

Microsoft Access crashes during startup

Unrecognised database format message

Disk or network error

Message - There is no program registered to open this file

 

 

If you still can't open Access Anaesthetics, try the Emergency Recovery utility. More details ...

 

1.Open Windows Explorer (or Start > Computer or Start > Documents) and navigate to the C:\Access Anaesthetics folder.
2.Double click on the file AAEmergencyRecovery.mde.
3.Read the instructions on the various options to determine which to use.
4.Attempt to restart AA after each of the menu options you try.

 

If you are still having problems, click on the <View file details> button, then press the Print Screen button on your keyboard to copy the image. Paste the image into an email using CTRL V (or into a Word document) and email it to us for review.
