This message means that Microsoft Access has crashed. There is usually no error message that is helpful in identifying the problem. The key is to note what you were doing when the crash occurred.

Restart Access Anaesthetics. If the problem doesn't recur, then it is safe to continue. If the problem persists, make a note of the circumstances when the crash occurs and contact us.

If Access Anaesthetics crashes before the Main Menu appears, there is most likely a problem with the program file. You should install a fresh copy of the program file. To do this ...

1.Open Windows Explorer and find the C:\Access Anaesthetics folder.
2.Double click on the file AAEmergencyRecovery.mde.
3.Click <Reinstall program file> and follow the prompts.
4.Restart Access Anaesthetics.

A crash may also occur due to programs that run Eclipse, for example, Java, or the Eclipse Setup file. This typically happens when you click on the Eclipse menu. If so, install the latest Eclipse Setup file from our website and try opening Access Anaesthetics again. There may also be a Java version problem which can be fixed by following these instructions.
