BUPA has taken over HBA, Mutual Community, MBF and MBF alliances (which includes NRMA, SGIO and SGIC).

From November 2011, Bupa is replacing all these funds' membership cards with a BUPA card.

If a patient presents with a card from one of the member funds, you should enter this into AA as that fund, and use that fund's Eclipse code. For example, if a patient has an MBF card, enter MBF as the fund, MBF as the Eclipse code, and BUPA as the fee schedule. When a patient presents with a BUPA card, the Eclipse code used should be BUP.

If you do not have an entry in your addresses table for BUPA, click Tools > Edit Lookup Tables > Addressess, and enter the following details.

For clients not in NSW, you should seect the appropriate state-specific fee schedule in the box on the bottom right.
