Prior to July 2021, health.com.au was an independent health fund which used the fee structure of AHSA.

 

Effective 1 July 2021, health.com.au has become part of Frank Health Insurance (itself a part of GMHBA). See the notice here https://health.com.au/help/frank-plus-healthcomau/overview.

 

From July, all patients who were part of health.com.au will be members of Frank, and should have been provided with a new membership number. Electronic claims should be sent via Frank using the patient's new membership number.

 

Any claims for services provided to health.com.au patients prior to 1 July need to be submitted manually to Frank, either printed and snail mailed to Suite 9, Level 1, 10 Moorabool St, Geelong VIC 3220, or emailed to providers@gmhba.com.au.

 

We advise updating your Eclipse funds list, to update the entry for HEA so that claims are not inadvertently transmitted to HEA.
