Account data files

For single user practices, all account data is contained in a single file, AAUser.mdb. For group practices there is a data file for each provider, usually named with the provider's name, and the file extension .aau. Group practices also include a file called AASite.mdb, which contains the addresses list, some setup information, and all the other lookup tables.

Items file

The items file is called AAItemsAndFunds.mdb. This contains the Medicare Benefits Schedule, the health fund gap-cover schedules, the ASA RVG schedule, and the list of postcodes. There may be one or more older files called e.g. AAItems2011_Nov.mdb. These are now obsolete and can be deleted.

Funds file

There used to be a file named AAFundsWithRVG.mdb, which contained the health fund no-gaps fees. There may also be other files with the same name, but including the date. These files are now obsolete and can be deleted.
