Anaesthetic accounts only require the words TAX INVOICE if it is a tax invoice (obviously). That is, if there is GST on the account. If there is no GST, there is no tax, and therefore, it is not a tax invoice, and the phrase is not required.

In Access Anaesthetics, if a GST is charged, TAX INVOICE is automatically displayed on the top of the account. Where a GST is not charged, the user can optionally display GST FREE on the account (set up in Options >Misc).

Some clients insert the words TAX INVOICE prominently in the header of the account, for all accounts. This suits some clients, but is not generally required.
