If you get the message No Program is Registered to Open This File when you try to view snapshots, you may not have the Snapshot Viewer program installed. (If it previously worked, something may have happened on your PC to stop this functioning - another program installed etc.) To fix it you should install the latest free snapshot viewer from Microsoft. There is a link to it on the other software page on our website.
