To export data to Excel from Access Anaesthetics ...

Go to either the List of Accounts, or the List of payments, depending on the type of data you want to export.
Use the Select menu on the top left to select the group of accounts or payments you want to export.
Click the <Excel> button on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
Enter a name to call the exported file.
The file will be saved in the \Documents\<Provider initials> subfolder of the data location and will be opened for editing.
When you go back to Access Anaesthetics you will be asked whether you want to save a link to the file for later reference.

The data that is exported is a generic list of columns determined by the software. You can export a more customised list by first selecting the columns you wish to display. To do this, click Tools > Format datasheet. Select a datasheet format, or customise a format to your requirements. Once the new datasheet format is displayed on the screen, the <Excel> button will export the columns selected.
