Select the accounts on the List of Accounts, then use either the <All> or <Tag> buttons on the bottom left under the 'Co-payments' heading. This will print the copayment invoices for either all the accounts listed, or for the listed accounts that are tagged. Invoices will not be printed for accounts that don't contain copayments.
