If you are running Access Anaesthetics on a network, you may occasionally see this error.

 

 

This indicates a problem with your network, not a problem with Access Anaesthetics.

 

You should review whether your network is functioning correctly. For example, does the internet work?, can you view files on the server? You need to resolve this before AA will open correctly since it is trying to view data on the server.

 

Steps you could try include

 

Check whether other users on the network are having similar problems. This will tell you whether the problem relates to the local PC, or the whole network.
Check the network cables and connections
Check that the server is turned on
Restart the computer
Restart the server (you may wish to consult your IT person before doing this)
