MISCELLANEOUS UPDATES
| • | Adjust PC and BB statements to fit on a single page. |
| • | Fix bug where Items tables were not visible in Maintenance Menu > Items and fees schedule. |
| • | When in-rooms item 17690 is entered, and the procedure is in-hospital, a warning message is given. Same warning given in data check. |
| • | Added new letter template 'AA - Invoice Style'. This shows the standard account letterhead instead of the letter letterhead and uses the AA - Min spacing' template for the rest. A table can be optionally included on the top right, by using the field code #$$ at the end of the letter, after which the next 10 lines are substituted into a 2 x 5 table. Text after the #$$ code is not printed in the letter. (The table will not reproduce into an email.) |
| • | When sending an email from the Letters window (without attachment) using the simple email sender, if the email was cancelled, a record of the email was still saved on the Docs tab. Adjusted this so that record not saved if email is cancelled. If using Outlook or generic email, AA can't identify if email is cancelled, so will still always save a record on the Docs tab when the <Email> button is pressed. |
| • | In the SMS sending window, a <Copy msg button> copies the message with translated field codes to the Windows clipboard so it may be pasted elsewhere. |
| • | Modified the checks on WAG items to allow both the standard and after-hours emergency modifiers to be added to the same account. (Not allowed in MBS or RVG.) |
| • | Added AAEmailDisclaimer to files saved in a standard AA backup process. |
FOR SERVER
| • | Replace all FollowHyperlink commands with ExecuteFile, to avoid security warnings when opening external files such as PDF or webpage. |
| • | Reduce AA idle time to 40 min, in 10 min increments (from 60/15), to have AA close automatically within 60 min (where PgmName is AAPgm*). |
| • | Maintenance log records program file in use when AA opened and closed. |
