Type 'TAP block' into Google for information on the Transversus Abdominus Plane (TAP) block. See for example http://www.usra.ca/sb_tap. We believe the most appropriate item number for this is 18262 - Ilio-inguinal, iliohypogastric or genitofemoral nerves, 1 or more of, injection of an anaesthetic agent. The matching ASA RVG item number is CV225.
