Dear Access Virtual Server client,

 

We have identified and corrected the issue that was affecting your AA Virtual Server access this morning. Full access was restored about 30 minutes ago, with no loss of data. At a convenient time please confirm that you are able to log on to the Virtual Server and open AA. Let Owen and I know if you have any unresolved problems, by email or phone.

 

Once again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to you this morning. Problems do occur from time to time with any software application, and the good news from this episode is that our team was able to react quickly identify and repair the problem and restore services in a timely manner. We will continue to monitor the server to ensure there are no further interruptions to the service.
