If you have an account for a child, the account should be addressed to the parent. If you already have a health fund address as the alternative address on the Fund page, then the copayment account will be addressed to the patient, that is, the child.

 

In these circumstances, put the parent's title into the field labeled Alternative addressee on the Patient page. This will address the account to the parents.

 

There are two shortcut keys:

 

<M..> will insert the patients surname, which can then be further edited.

<PG> will insert 'Parent/Guardian of'.
