| • | On the Eclipse tab, locate the claim you are interested in (there may be more than one claim). |
| • | On the top right, click <View claim content>. |
| • | The ifcIssueCde field is about halfway down the list. |
The options are N-not issued, V-verbal, W-written, X-not obtained.
This will not exist for DVA or bulk bill claims.
