Normally a shortcut to Access Anaesthetics is placed on the Desktop when the system is installed. If this has disappeared, you can create a new shortcut as follows:

1.Open the Windows file manager.
2.Navigate to the C:\Access Anaesthetics folder.
3.Locate the file AA2000.mde.
4.Right click on the file to display the submenu.
5.Hover the mouse over 'Send to' to display the submenu, then left click on 'Desktop (create shortcut)'.
6.A shortcut will appear on the Desktop.

The steps are as shown in the following image. Further edits to the shortcut are shown below.

Follow the prompts, clicking on the <Browse> button to locate the C:\Access Anaesthetics folder, and select the Aa97.ico icon.

When you have done all this, your shortcut should look like this.
