To make data entry simpler, you can adjust the tab order to bypass fields that you don't need to enter. For example, when doing Eclipse accounts, set up a custom tab scheme so that the cursor just goes to those fields that you need to enter. It's great if you have a batch of Eclipse accounts, not so good if you have a mixture where you have to add some addresses. But you can switch schemes pretty easily.

 

You can also use a tab scheme that bypasses some other fields like address 2, state, postcode etc. Simplifies data entry - less hitting the tab/enter key.
