If you get a message every time you open Access Anaesthetics that a new component to manage zipping and unzipping has just been installed, follow this procedure to get around it.

 

Open the Access Anaesthetics folder and double click on the file ActiveXZip.msi.

This will install ActiveXZip and allow Access Anaesthetics to open normally.
