Good morning, this is to let you know that we're aware of an issue affecting all Access Anaesthetics Virtual Machine (VM) users. The VM is currently not accessible. We are working with our service provider to resolve this issue as soon as possible. In the meantime we request that you hold off trying to access the VM. Thank you for your patience, we will keep you posted on progress within the hour, hopefully sooner.

The issue this morning affecting the availability of the Access Anaesthetics Virtual Machine (VM) has now been resolved, you may resume logging in.

Our service provider identified the issue as a failed Windows operating system update that was blocking user access. 

Your Access Anaesthetics program was not affected and all user data is intact.

We are conducting a full analysis of the underlying cause of the outage to prevent a recurrence. Once again, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
