Account creation is straightforward

1. Enter the Patient details.
2. Easily Select Health Fund, Hospital and Referral details from pop-up lists.
3. Choose your preferred billing method (MBS/Rebate/Gap Cover/DVA etc).
4. Choose the appropriate MBS items. Description and fees are entered automatically; you can create your own non-MBS items if required.
5. The Medicare, Health Fund and Out-of-pocket components are automatically calculated. 

The software can submit accounts electronically to Medicare, Veterans Affairs and all funds participating in ECLIPSE.

Alternatively you can store invoices to print them in a batch whenever you wish, with each fund's preferred cover sheet already filled out for you. Just fold and place in an envelope!

You can easily keep a track of payments, and identify unpaid invoices to be followed up
